What does Abundance really feel like?
I would love to draw your attention to something meaningful!
To a feeling of Abundance! An Experiential Feeling.
Some of us may not really know what abundance feels like, so today I'd love to discuss a piece of it to allow us all the opportunity to reflect and drop into this wonderful feeling.
I’ll keep it short!
While abundance often has a lot to do with money, (let's be honest, what doesn’t have to do with money?!) Anyways, true abundance can be reflected to us in many ways, such as relational wealth and the simple pleasure of being out in nature soaking up the sunshine!
What does an emotion of abundance really feel like?
Well one tiny facet of this diamond is the feeling of spaciousness or openness. An open hearted sort of feeling, a freedom sort of spaciousness!
When all is right in our world we have the ability to be more free thinking, we have an openness about us that allows in more inspiration and flow like access to our innate creative ability!
Even if you’re like me and have a lot on your schedule and a lot of things to think about, you can imagine what it would feel like to go about your day with a feeling of EASE.
Ease can be accomplished no matter what is on our plate.
How do we accomplish this?
2 ways that work for me, are focusing on Rest and Naturalness
What I mean by REST, is doing whatever it takes to feel at my best. That means doubling down on self-care and activities that fill me with life and enthusiasm.
2. What I mean by NATURALNESS, is not forcing or controlling my schedule, rather getting into the flow in such a way that my everyday activities require very little effort or energy on my part. I’m just going about my tasks with a sense of surrender and trust. Knowing that what I’m doing is something I’ve chosen for myself and so I might as well be present with it.
It’s amazing how making a simple change such as focusing on “rest” can lead us to a feeling of spaciousness! Not to mention the mental freedom from the nagging worries of everyday life.
Lots of our worries originate from a dysregulated nervous system because we’re too stressed to take the necessary actions to replenish our batteries and fill our cup. …Or too worried what someone will think about us when they find out we took a little time to ourselves to read for an hour.
Active Rest
I’ve been teaching art classes lately and I had a student mention something interesting, he said, “Active Rest”.
That means not zoning out on the screen and creating more mind numbing, but rather spend some time loving yourself through meditation or a walk, even journaling goes a long way towards clearing the mind.
When our mind is clear, we have clarity in all ways and will find many synchronicities to meet us!
