This painting was inspired by a dream I had of a burgundy room. Within the room there were small shapes in blue and yellow (the other two primary colors). I felt like I should paint the room and thought it would be fun to make a remake of Vincent Van Gogh’s Famous Painting “The Bedroom” of which he actually painted three of his own renditions.
