Consequences of breach
If user of An Artistic Adventure’s website fails comply with website rules as stated in all policies posted on website including this Terms and Condition document. That user will be unable to use website or make purchases. If User has an account it will be terminated by admin and they will not be permitted to make a new account.

Ownership of rights to An Artistic Adventure website belong solely to the An Artistic Adventure Business.
License to use website
License to use website excludes downloading. NO DOWNLOADING of any images or other content. No modification of website content is permitted.
Acceptable use
Website will be used to browse and admire Artwork, learn information about the artist Matilda Wentzel and her art, social sharing, obtaining contact informatio,n and purchasing products ONLY. All other use of website is prohibited. USING CONTACT DETAILS PROHIBITED.
Registration and accounts
Accounts are currently disabled, however the following applies to any past or future accounts created on this website.
User is eligible for account if they meet age restrictions as listed above, and comply with all rules as written in all policies posted to An Artistic Adventure’s website.
No other person permitted to use your account.
Notify An Artistic Adventure if you suspect misuse of account or misuse of another's account.
User login details
It is Users responsibility to remember login details and is responsible for password loss. User should keep password confidential. An Artistic Adventure will keep all user information and passwords confidential.
No impersonation will be tolerated.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through An Artistic Adventure, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your personal Information, such as name, shipping address, answers to surveys, emails, etc.
Input error correction and identification
If user notices error in the information supplied to An Artistic Adventure. The user is responsible to contact An Artistic Adventure to make changes.
Fees
Fees for all recurring payments specified on website. Taxes and shipping fees may be hidden initially, but will always appear in cart before purchase, it is the customers responsibility to pay attention to fees so they are not unhappily surprised.
Payment fees must be made for items purchased to be shipped.
Disputed payments
An Artistic Adventure reserves the right to withhold products purchased if they did not receive payment for said item and can show evidence of no payment. If customer claims they paid, they must provide proof, and An Artistic Adventure does not have to issue a refund unless An Artistic Adventure chooses to do so.
Unjustified charges
Because of human error unjustified charges may be made to customer credit cards, An Artistic Adventure will refund any mistake charges with proof of mistake.
Unpaid fees
Unpaid fees will result in account termination and inability to use An Artistic Adventure services in the future as well as withdrawal of current services. An Artistic Adventure will still require payment despite termination.
Cancellation right
Customers and Users are able to cancel orders if the product orders it the products have not been shipped and An Artistic Adventure is given a notice within 24 hrs. An Artistic Adventure may allow cancelation after 24 hrs is An Artistic Adventure chooses to do so.
Exercise of above cancellation right must be done within 24 hrs via the contact page.
An Artistic Adventure will issue a refund upon product purchase cancelation, refund may take up to 2 weeks to process.
Limited warranties
There are NO WARRANTIES for products or subscriptions sold on An Artistic Adventure website.
An Artistic Adventure reserves the right to discontinue website publication. No implied warranties relating to website.
If your purchased artwork is damaged at anytime you can request Matilda Wentzel to fix it on her contact page. You may be required to pay for this “fix” service. You are able to ask for this service for the lifetime of your art as it corresponds with Matilda Wentzel being available as a business.

An Artistic Adventure Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by An Artistic Adventure.
An Artistic Adventure has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that An Artistic Adventure shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Preserve right to terminate
Limit liability.
In event of error in content or system shutdowns, An Artistic Adventure is not responsible for any issue users face in consequence.
An Artistic Adventure cannot be held liable for any losses users of An Artistic Adventure website sustain in these events or other events listed in the policies posted to An Artistic Adventure website.
