Matilda Wentzel cares about her customers and collectors, she wants to help you and give you a satisfying shopping experience. However she must adhere to the following rules.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original condition to be returned. Unless the item is damaged during shipping, you must start the return process within 10 days of delivery.

To return: Please use the contact form to request a refund, provide photos of damaged goods if applicable.

Refund/Return Exceptions:

  • Customer must always pay return shipping.

  • Note that large paintings can cost up to around $200-$300 or more in shipping, which is discretely included in prices of larger pieces for customer convenience.

  • Exceptions to “customer not getting refund for shipping costs” may or may not apply if damage occurred and carrier insurance covers shipping costs.

  • An Artistic Adventure will do all in their power to issue a full refund, but is not required and can make no promises.

  • Customer must ship return undamaged items via UPS or FedEx in professional packaging.

  • If an undamaged piece is returned and is damaged on return due to unprofessional packaging the customer will not receive their refund.

  • Customer will receive refund when items have been delivered back to An Artistic Adventure. Exceptions may apply for smaller items.

  • It can take 3-7 business days for money to appear in customer's account.

  • As stated before, you cannot return items you have had in your possession for over 10 days, that is, 10 days since the delivery date.
