This notebook has the painting "Get It Out" printed on it. A painting about releasing and letting go of the darkness in our heart to make space for the true self. 

I painted it at a time when I was processing some dark feelings and indeed the piece feels uncomfortable to look at.

I thought it would make a great notebook as I often use writing to clear my head and "get out" the thoughts so that I can see them from a bigger perspective.
