Shipping Policy
Turnaround
Orders are shipped within 3 to 15 business days of your order. Please allow 5 to 30 business days for delivery. (Exclues pre-orders and made to order items)
An Artistic Adventure makes every attempt to deliver your artwork or product as fast as possible but cannot guarantee delivery.
An Artistic Adventure does have a rush delivery option.
To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. An Artistic Adventure suggests giving your package an extra 5 to 10 days on top of the regular delivery time to be on the safe side.
Carriers
An Artistic Adventure cannot foresee if your delivery will require a signature or not. Usually, large price original work will require a signature. In the case that it does require a signature and you are not home, the package carrier will give further instruction.
An Artistic Adventure uses the following carriers to deliver orders:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation informing you of your package being shipped. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking numbers. If you do not receive an email, please reach out.
Shipping Rates
If your purchase does not include free shipping, the rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Free shipping is usually applied via a code found at the top of each page, currently: FREESHIP for continental US orders over $100

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
