AS ALWAYS, YOU ARE FREE TO INTERPRET THIS PIECE HOWEVER YOU CHOSE OR ARE LED TO UNDERSTAND IT.

THESE ARE SIMPLY MY OWN THOUGHTS ABOUT THE PIECE WHICH I FEEL INSPIRED TO SHARE.

MY OWN INTERPRETATIONS CHANGE AS I REVISIT WITH PIECES AS TIME GOES ON, BUT THESE ARE MY INITIAL THOUGHTS AT THE TIME OF CREATION

I have recently come across an amazing truth: your words and the things you say create your reality. I kinda knew this, I’d talked in a video about how our every word is a prayer whether we realize it or not & I had written a study a while back about the power we have in our voice to speak peace into our lives, mentioning that the same power that spoke the universe into existence resides within our own voice box, if we are spiritually connected inorder to access it. However I now have a deeper understanding of the power within my words and not only my words but the emotions & beliefs behind them.

Now that I realize the connection between the spiritual realm and my heart feelings, core beliefs and the vibrations of sound within my voice, I am as ready as I ever was to put into practice the full power of God through my voice.

For a while I was focused on the power of my feelings and changing the habitual brain functions of my subconscious but leaving out the taming of the tongue. Forgetting that “out of the heart, the mouth speaks.” I had someone mention to me that when I speak a positive thing from my analytical brain and then believe a negative thing in my subconscious, they cancel each other out, and vice versa. Infact, many times I would take an action that was aligned with my highest good, only later to say something self degrading, setting myself back in my pursuit of wholeness.

The simple truth was given me: “You need not to add anymore positively impacting tools to your life, simply take away the negative words and you will naturally flow with the whole of who you are.”

Sometimes it’s not about adding one more thing to the “to do list” or the “to be list” it’s about simplification, taking away what doesn’t need to be there!

If I wrote about every side of the coin this would turn into a book, but I’m sure I’ll write and paint on this subject again. I mostly just want to start to bring attention to the words spoken because they are the easiest and most external way to see what’s going on in the subconscious. And not only that, but start speaking the truth of our lives the way we desire, knowing that our heart, mouth, and brain are connected and while these 3 have an effect on our words, our words also have an effect on the three, perhaps an even stronger effect!

This painting doesn’t have our brain included in the image, but it does have lungs and a little person inside of the heart. These are to symbolize the power of our breath, which is a whole other subject, but just be aware how sacred our breath truly is and the words we allow to ride on it and perhaps what doesn’t belong there. The little human is a depiction of the inner being, that powerful part of us, our soul, the Christ within, The Holy Spirit, the spiritual subconscious, & the highest expression of ourselves.

Furthermore I cannot help but mention my initial foundation in the Christian Religion around this topic, it is absolutely amazing how many times the Proverbs in the sacred scriptures of The Word mentions our mouth, words, tongue, and lips.

It’s amazing how I've spent most of my life reading Proverbs daily, yet until I went outside of the Bible to find help for anxiety from others, such as therapists, books, YouTube videos and so-called “secular help” have I been able to come back and read Proverbs and see the wisdom in a way I can understand.

I just simply think it is so amazing how I was unable to fully understand the scriptures when I was unwilling to venture outside of them and how much more understanding I have of these sacred texts, when I find modern knowledge, wisdom, and words to explain them in a way I can understand.

Below you’ll find some of the most explanatory proverbs on the subject, perhaps you’d like to interpret them yourself. But real quick beforehand I want to mention 3 verses of immense power:

“The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.” ~Luke 6:45

“Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.” ~Proverbs 18:21

“By your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned." ~Matthew 12:37

These are clear examples of the power of our words on our reality around us & our spiritual wellbeing. When we speak empowering words with a firm faith in their truth, they manifest into our lives like answered prayers but the moment we pray from a place of lack and disbelief (i.e. those evil heart treasures) we produce death, condemnation, & unanswered prayers, more of the same undesirable stuff we’ve already been experiencing. And if you know anything about the Bible, more verses backing up these truths are coming to mind, for there are so many that speak about praying as if your prayers are already answered. I might translate it, ‘Speak into existence your requests, drawing from the power of the Christ within, with a firm knowing that your request is in alignment with Source.”

Now for a few of many proverbs, observe and enjoy!

“From the fruit of his mouth a man is satisfied with good, and the work of a man's hand comes back to him.” ~Proverbs 12:14

“Gracious words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the body.” ~Proverbs 16:24

“A fool's mouth is his ruin, and his lips are a snare to his soul.” ~Proverbs 18:7

“Anxiety in a man's heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad.”~Proverbs 12:25

“For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.” ~Proverbs 2:6  (I would translate, ‘let your mouth be the mouth of God’)

“Set a guard, O Lord , over my mouth; keep watch over the door of my lips!” ~Psalm 141:3

“A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.” ~Proverbs 15:1 ESV

“My inmost being will exult when your lips speak what is right.” ~Proverbs 23:16

“You are snared in the words of your mouth, caught in the words of your mouth” ~Proverbs 6:2

“For my mouth will utter truth; wickedness is an abomination to my lips.” ~Proverbs 8:7

“Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue is but for a moment.”

Proverbs 12:19

“The lips of the righteous feed many, but fools die for lack of sense.” ~Proverbs 10:21

“Whoever guards his mouth preserves his life; he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin.” ~Proverbs 13:3

“Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue is but for a moment.” ~Proverbs 12:19

“A gentle tongue is a tree of life, but perverseness in it breaks the spirit.” ~Proverbs 15:4

“Whoever keeps his mouth and his tongue keeps himself out of trouble.”

~Proverbs 21:23

“The heart of the righteous ponders how to answer, but the mouth of the wicked pours out evil things.” ~Proverbs 15:28

“The mouth of the righteous utters wisdom, and his tongue speaks justice.” ~Psalm 37:30

"You give your mouth free rein for evil, and your tongue frames deceit.” ~Psalm 50:19

“Who whet their tongues like swords, who aim bitter words like arrows” ~Psalm 64:3

“There is one whose rash words are like sword thrusts, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.” ~Proverbs 12:18
