8pm-9:30pm EST (6pm MST, 5pm PT)

In this class you will find ME, your artist friend, encouraging you in some lighthearted Art Creation. 

We will be making mandalas and having a prayer circle (prayer in Christ, ALL safe, light and pure connections). These can be silent if you do not want to speak aloud. 

There will be a chance for everyone to talk and share. You are the authority on how much you want to participate depending on what you feel comfortable with. 

I will be leading a guided meditation as well and I’ve had really good feedback on these from others, you may want to join just for this!

Our topic for this first class will be Authenticity. 

Furthermore you do not have to make art either, but there will be instruction. Simple everyday supplies are all you need (more details on that).
