These pieces are meant to illustrate having a Heart, Mind, and Spirit in motion. All being congruent with one another in a rhythmic flow!
It can mean whatever you want it to. I didn't really have anything specific in mind. The words mostly just seemed poetic and fun to paint!
I do believe it could symbolize:
Allowing your emotions to move through your body through dance. Keeping your spirit alive and vibing!
Allowing yourself to truly feel your emotions deep in your Heart. Giving them a chance to move rather than being held stagnant or pushed down by numbing out.
Also allowing your brain the ability to move its thoughts in and out, without getting stuck on one here or there. Gifting your mind with healthy food and water to give you the best results in your mental health!
What could these mean to you? I would love to hear! Reach out if you've got the time!
I began creating these three last spring. I finished them up a while ago, but I'm just now getting around to sharing them with you.
Due to the things that happened in my life, I was getting behind on my usual sharing process, mostly because I had so many pieces in progress at once and not feeling up to finishing any of them due to my emotional state.
In fact, I started these over my wedding anniversary, so the thought of picking them up when my marriage was falling apart seemed too much to ask.
No problem, eventually I swing around and complete almost everything I start.
Thankfully my husband and I have decided not to get a divorce or give up on each other because we truly love each other!
It will require us to show up for the healing journey, but I do believe that we will be way better people in the long run.
I'm excited for this news and thankful to God for working a miracle in our lives! (it is nothing short of a miracle and all glory goes to God!)
