I began this piece Live at a bluegrass music festival
I've had a tug towards learning violin for years, I'm lining up the stepping stones to start learning!
I just love the sound of the fiddle! I love the scratchy dissonance it can create while simultaneously sounding beautiful.
It's so flowy, very much like a dance.
I imagine that if I learn to play I could easily start to create more melodies and tunes to sing. If I make up a song I kind of have my go-to's, and I find the guitar to be very limiting in that its notes often seem so low and toned down. At least for me when I play, I haven't practiced too much.
