Quick & Easy Reference to "The Work"

This is a quick reference guide & does not stand on it’s own. Go to this post to learn more about what The Work is or go to this post for a more in-depth dive into why you should stick with doing The Work.

This reference it can be printed out and stuck somewhere you’ll see it often or saved as a bookmark on your phone. Pretty soon you’ll have it memorized!


  1. Say “No!” Show your thoughts who is boss!

  2. Ask “Is this thought true?”

    A. If the answer is, “No” then dismiss the thought. Tell it, “No!” and take back the control of your emotions.

    B. If the answer is, “Yes” ask, “Can I control it?”

    a. If you can control it, then take action & take back control.

    b. If it is out of your control, then surrender & dismiss the thought. (“Negative emotions arise when we think we have control over that which we have no control.”)  

C. If the answer is, “Maybe” then you get to choose what lie you want to believe. Iff you’re going to believe a lie, why not lie something wonderful!?

Furthermore:

  1. Say, “No”

  2. Challenge the thoughts.

  3. Move (get up and do something that changes your vibrational offering)

  4. If you still can’t shake the feeling, accept & say, “This too shall pass.”
