You know how much I push Rest! Rest is so important! And not just the kind you get every night. But also the kind of rest that fills you up during your day to day: spend time with the hobbies you do just for fun, and the people you love who fill you up!
I know! Easier said than done. I understand because I was recently working 2 jobs on top of many other things. Life can get overwhelming, I'm here to say, you're not the only one! Don't feel bad if you think you must be the only one who can't handle life. We all get into that headspace sometimes.
The key is noticing when we do "have time" and really being present with what we do have going for us.
As well as actively carving out time to simply "do nothing" ....unstructured time.
Schedule in this time "just for you".
And if there really seems to be no time, practice changing your mindset around time.
And always have something to look forward to, even if it's something small, and focus your mind on that.
