As I've been mentioning in my podcast I have returned to the Mother Goose Wing of my God! So glad to be spiritually protected and more than that healed on so many levels. I feel so Joyful and Happy, a true soul happiness to be back following my most true and authentic beliefs.
I'm so happy to answer any questions or even do a phone chat with any of you who are interested in talking more, about any subjects, not just me.
Here's a bunch of art exploring the Christian Fish Symbol
When I came back to my faith I was uncomfortable with the more traditional cross symbol for various reasons, one being it also symbolized death and torture and is often used stereotypically in so many ways I don't resonate with.
That being said I have latched on to the Fish because it is what the early church used to show they followed what they called "The Way" at a time when their lives were threated because the romans were out to kill (many on a cross) for believing in and following the ways of Christ. Many of these people had seen Yeshua (Jesus in Hebrew) with their own eyes and were willing to give up their lives before they were willing to essentially "Lie" by saying they renounced their faith or the authenticity of Christ who "Claimed to be God" and who they and I too believe is true.
The used this symbol to notify each other of their believes in secret so as not to bring harm to themselves or their families and yet still be able to fellowship with fellow "believers".
